8. When a listing has closed and bids, purchases, or purchase requests have met the terms for that type of listing then the items are considered sold and the seller agrees to pay any sales commissions or outstanding fees if any.

9. Sellers agree to provide the quantity of goods/services offered in the listing to qualified buyers who have met the terms as described on the listing.

10. Sellers agree that it is their responsibility to insure the information on their listing is correct and updated. HuntinWisconsin assumes no liability either expressed or implied.

11. Sellers are responsible for refunds, exchanges and any compensation to buyers.

12. Sellers shall not use sales, classified ads or this web site in any way to promote any other web site except their own web site or a payment provider.

13. Buyers agree to purchase the quantities stated in their order for the terms and amount specified in the listing including any shipping and handling if any.

14. All persons using this site agree to keep and maintain a working email address and accurate contact information in our database at all times.

15. Once email notification has been sent the web site has no further responsibility to the buyer or the seller either expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller to communicate any information necessary to complete the transaction.

16. If in doubt about the integrity of a seller or the integrity of a buyer you MUST use an escrow service to act as an impartial third party to complete the exchange of money for goods/services.
